How do I buy?
You need to email us stating the item's reference no. as the subject title.You can do this by navigating to the particular product you want to make enquiry on, and clicking on the "Enquiry" button. We will check on stock availability and revert to you via email. If the item is available and you decide to purchase, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions on payment, together with quotes on shipping and insurance. The item will be on HOLD for you. Upon receiving full payment, item will be shipped. However, if within three days of holding the item for you, you so decide not to purchase it, the HOLD will be released and the item will be back in play. We reserve the right to request for a down payment or deposit before putting certain watches on HOLD. Unfortunately, we can only do this for overseas purchases as we recognise the need for more time to negotiate, make enquiries and arrange for payment.

Why can’t I purchase online instantly?
We do not only sell online - we also have a physical retail store actively buying and selling all the time. Since our watches are mostly pre-owned, each piece is unique, and limited to only 1 piece. While we try to update stock availability as promptly as humanly possible, there’s no telling when a watch gets sold at the retail store, and at the exact same time, another buyer is paying for the same watch online!

How do I pay?
You can opt to pay via telegraphic bank transfers. Alternatively, we also accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards., and Paypal (subject to our discretion). For credit card payment, kindly fill out our Order Form and either submit it online with every field completed, OR print it out and either fax it to us at +65 67332324 or email it to ask@monster-time.com WITH YOUR SIGNATURE as shown at the back of your credit card. NOTE that we would need you to provide us with a copy of your passport and the front and back of your credit card for verification. Upon approval by your credit card company, we will ship your order to you immediately. You can be assured your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. We use E-NETS, a secure internet payment gateway to process all payments by credit cards.

While we recognise that customers sometimes feel uncomfortable sending images of their credit cards via the internet to a company they do not know, we hope to get your understanding that because you are not here to physically swipe your card and sign for your purchases, this is the only way for us to ascertain that it is a genuine transaction and to protect ourselves from credit card scams and fraud. You can be assured though, that we view your credit security and privacy as utmost importance, and all efforts are being put in to protect this.

Are your watches authentic?
All our watches are guaranteed authentic.

What if I am not satisfied with the item purchased?
We allow a three-day return policy whereby the item CAN BE RETURNED WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED for a FULL REFUND (less shipping, insurance, bank charges and/or customs duties) within three days of buyer receiving merchandise. This is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the merchandise. However, we require that an email be sent to us within the 3rd day of the inspection period, informing us of your intention to return item for a refund. We will advise then on the return shipping address and other important shipping instructions.

Important: Rolex movement parts must remain sealed in their capsulated pack. If pack looks to have been tampered with in any way, no refund will be entertained.

Will I be charged custom duties?
This depends on your country’s customs law. If you are not sure, check with your country’s customs authorities. If there are any duties chargeable, it will be borne by the buyer.

Do I have to insure my shipment and how much?
Premium is at 2% of insured value. This is not compulsory but we would strongly advise you to insure. It is a small price to pay for a peace of mind, especially if you are buying an expensive item. In case you choose not to insure, we will not be held liable for loss or theft or damage caused during the shipping process. In case of loss or theft of any item that is insured while in transit, all monies of the insured amount will be paid out after all investigations have been made by the insurance company and is satisfied that everything is in order. If in doubt, please email us for a copy of the terms set by our insurance company.

How do you ship?
We normally ship using two methods, they are:
  1. Registered Airmail (approx S$15 for item less than 500 gm) will take 7-10 days to USA.
  2. EMS Speedpost (S$55 for item less than 500 gm) and will take 4-5 days to the USA.
    Other means of shipment eg. FEDEX, UPS, DHL is also possible. Please ask for a quote.
  3. Insurance Premium is at 2% of insured value. This is not compulsory but we would strongly advise you to insure.
